Dear Parents and Guardians,

There’s a lot of exciting information packed into this edition of the Clear Creek Chronicle, so please take a few minutes to read it carefully! Inside, you’ll find important details about our upcoming Halloween Parade, conference week, the Fall Festival, and our Scholastic Book Fair — plus a few other fun updates and opportunities to get involved.

🎃 Halloween Parade Visitor Sign-Up

October 31 at 2:00 PM

To help our Halloween Parade run safely and smoothly, please review the important details below:

✅ All visitors must sign in and show a valid photo ID.
🕒 Avoid long lines by signing up ahead of time using the Google Form below.
💡 If your ID has already been scanned this school year, and you let us know you’re coming using the form, we can pre-print your visitor sticker for quick check-in.
🪪 If your ID has not been scanned, please stop by the office a day or two before the parade so we can scan it in advance.
🚫 Visitors without a scanned ID will not be allowed to enter.
🧡 The Google Form also lets you indicate if you plan to check your child out early after the parade.
☎️ Need help? If you can’t complete the form, please call our office and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Our Lost & Found is Overflowing! 🧥👟🎒

If your child is missing a coat, lunchbox, or sweatshirt, there’s a good chance it’s waiting to be reunited in our Lost and Found.

We’ll have all items neatly displayed during conference week, so it’s the perfect time to take a quick look while you’re here!

Please note that any unclaimed items will be donated in early November, so be sure to stop by soon.

Clothing items, including jackets and hoodies, hang on racks in a store.

Campfire & Cocoa Family Night – Featuring Our Veterans Day Performance

Our 4th graders will honor our veterans with a special performance, followed by our Camping, Cocoa, and Critters at Clear Creek family literacy night — all happening on the same evening! Check out the flyer for details and join us for stories, s’mores, and celebration.

Champions Childcare - Free Week of Care

Champions is offering a free week of childcare for families who apply by Wednesday, October 22, using the special promo code—registration fees will be waived!

🎃 Fall Festival — Friday, October 24th (See Flyers Below)

🍬 Candy Drive — Ends Monday, October 20th

Candy Drive Ends Monday 10/20 - All Candy due in bins by 10am. So far we have 667lbs of Candy. 💙

🍩 Krispy Kreme Fundraiser for 5th Grade Camp

School Wide Krispy Kreme Fundraiser on Givebacks ends Sunday 10/19. Order via givebacks at Givebacks. 5th graders have sold over 100 boxes so far! You can donate directly to our Camp Coleman Fundraiser via givebacks at Givebacks.

Book Fair - 10/20-24

Dates: Monday 10/20 to Friday 10/24

Time: 9am to 4pm daily.

The Book Fair will be open during Conferences, as well as an additional opening on Friday 10/24 during the Fall Festival from 6pm to 8pm.
